By accessing and using EmpowerStudents.in ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About the Platform
EmpowerStudents.in is an online student growth assessment platform that provides adaptive screening, detailed assessments, goal setting, implementation tracking, autism assessment (ISAA), and talent discovery services for students, parents, teachers, and institutions.
2. User Registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration including name, email, date of birth, and gender.
Email verification via OTP is mandatory.
Users must be 18+ to register. Minors must have parental/guardian consent.
One account per email address. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Credit System
The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to access assessment features.
New users receive 50 free credits upon registration.
Additional credits can be purchased through the platform using secure payment methods.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Credits do not expire.
Credit costs: Full Screening (200 credits), Quick Screening (50 credits), ISAA Assessment (100 credits), Detailed Assessment (100 credits), Goals & Implementation (500 credits), Talent Discovery (100 credits).
4. Assessments & Reports
Assessments are tools for developmental screening and educational planning — they are NOT medical diagnoses.
ISAA (Indian Scale for Assessment of Autism) results should be interpreted by qualified professionals.
The Platform provides auto-generated goals and recommendations based on assessment data. These are suggestions, not prescriptions.
Users should consult qualified professionals (doctors, therapists, special educators) before making clinical decisions.
5. Expert Consultation
Expert consultation services (OT, Speech Therapy, Special Education) are facilitated through the Platform but delivered by independent professionals.
EmpowerStudents is not liable for advice given by external professionals.
6. Privacy & Data
All student data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.
Assessment results are accessible only to the registered user.
We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
Users can request data deletion by contacting support.
7. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
No card or payment data is stored on our servers.
8. Prohibited Activities
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to access other users' data.
Automated scraping or data extraction.
Misrepresenting assessment results for official/legal purposes without professional verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
EmpowerStudents provides educational assessment tools and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. We are not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
