Credit Purchases
Refund Eligibility
Unused credits: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used from the purchased pack.
Partially used credits: Prorated refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days: No refunds on credit purchases after 7 days, regardless of usage.
Free credits: The 50 free signup credits are non-refundable.
Assessment Refunds
When Credits Are Deducted
Credits are deducted when an assessment is started, not when completed.
Technical failure: If an assessment fails to load or crashes due to a platform error, credits will be restored within 24 hours. Contact support with details.
Incomplete assessments: If you start an assessment but do not complete it, credits are not refunded as server resources were consumed.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with assessment quality, contact us within 48 hours for review. We may offer credit restoration at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include your registered email, order ID, and reason for refund
Step 3: We will review and respond within 48 business hours
Step 4: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
Cancellations
There are no subscriptions to cancel — the platform uses a one-time credit purchase model.
You can stop using the platform at any time. Remaining credits stay in your account indefinitely.
To delete your account and all data, email support with subject "Account Deletion".
Payment Failures
If money is debited but credits are not added, the payment gateway (Cashfree) typically auto-refunds within 5-7 business days.
If auto-refund does not occur, contact us with the Order ID shown on the payment page.
