Dr. Pankaj Kumar Jha is a neurosurgeon with over 25 years of experience in brain, spine, and nerve surgery. An alumnus of AIIMS, New Delhi (2000), he has served at leading hospitals including Dharamshila Narayana, Max Hospital, Yatharth Hospital (Director of Neurosurgery), and runs the Institute of Brain and Spine in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
Driven by his clinical experience with children facing neurological and developmental challenges, Dr. Jha founded EmpowerStudents to bridge the gap between clinical assessment and educational intervention. His vision: every child — regardless of ability or financial background — should have access to professional-grade developmental evaluation and personalised growth plans.
At NeuroCare India, his OPD in Greater Noida West, Dr. Jha offers holistic care combining neurosurgical expertise with occupational therapy, speech therapy, counseling, and educational assessment under one roof.
